Dave Smith is one of the best all-round cricketers to grace the Bolton League. A very attacking opening batsman, a good accurate tactical bowler and a very quick and reliable fielder with an excellent throwing arm.
David has amassed 17000 runs and taken 850 wickets in Bolton League cricket and has spent his whole career playing at Walkden CC as an amateur. The only time he played as a professional was in 1998 when he played at Heaton.
