Minute’s Silence: Keith Hurst (Farnworth S.C. and Umpire, Brian Lawton (Egerton) and Roy Tattersall (Tonge, Lancs and England).
Apologies: None. All clubs and officials attended.
Minutes of the November Meeting: These had been circulated and were approved as a correct record.
Matters Arising: AB, B, Eg, FSC, G, He, Ho, T and Wa should let Chris Monks have their cricket ball order before Christmas. Note – from 23rd December Chris’ phone number will be 07712 895824 and his email monksy19@btinternet.com.

Clubs will be fined £25 if they have not submitted their first and second team averages to the League Secretary by 23rd December.
The 2012 fixtures have been drafted, but as the Secretary’s computer has been out of action, still have to checked. Once these have been sent out clubs will have two weeks to query them.
Correspondence: Karen Knott explained the background to the recent dispute between the LCB and Association of Cricket Officials.
The Secretary read a letter concerning player discipline from the BCL Umpires and Scorers Association. The Chairman said a lot of positives can be taken from recent activities and there will be an article in the Bolton News in the near future.
The Secretary has forwarded emails regarding coaches and tax, and ICE Cricket Hire.
The Secretary also forward information concerning LCB coaching courses, unfortunately none of these take place in Bolton.
