84^th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Apologies: John Charlson, Karen Knott and Stephen Merry. All clubs were represented. Mr Charlson had written to the Secretary explaining why he didn’t wish to be considered for the position of President.

Minutes Silence: The Committee stood in memory of all who had died during the past year, including former Chairman and Vice Chairman Derek Kay.

Minutes of the 83^rd AGM: These had been circulated and approved previously. There were no matters arising.

Chairman’s Report: Mr Hutchinson congratulated all league and cup winners. Politically it had been a difficult year and clubs were thanked for their patience. All member clubs plus Egerton and Greenmount were thanked for their contribution.

Disciplinary Report: There had been 33 reports, an increase of 5 on 2014. Hopefully the new initiatives will improve the situation. Mr Hutchinson thanked the other members of the Disciplinary Committee.

Ground Report: Clubs have now received their written reports, and if there are any queries should contact Roy Sturch or David Morris. There will be a further visit to clubs before the spring.

Junior Report: Mr Buckley said the flexible dates introduced last season had been a failure, and policy is being revised in the new proposals. There had been mixed success at Inter League and District level.

Statement of Accounts (to follow): Mr Milne said there had been a loss of around £300 on the season, but with almost all outstanding monies recovered reserves have been increased by almost £6000. Our sponsors and the Auditor Greg Salt were thanked.
