| Report : After being put into bat the Bolton Association made slow progress on a damp wicket, but managed to keep wickets in hand which helped them reach a very handy total thanks mainly due to a dogged innings by Bundela. In reply the Bolton League never got to grips with the excellent Association attack and after losing the three professionals never looked in the hunt. This was arguably one of the poorest displays by the Bolton League ever on a difficult pitch. | |||
